Julie Blank with 25+ years of real estate management and investment experience, leads firms’ corporate operations as well as real estate operations including capital projects, property management, asset management, investor relations, and investment management. In conjunction with RE4, Blank is a Partner in entrepreneurial real estate & consulting firms, AREAS Capital, New Standard Equities, BWC, LLC, & Point Blank Consulting. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Ms. Blank was Regional Vice President at San Francisco-based real estate investment management firm Carmel Partners.  Her responsibilities included acquisitions, development, business planning, value-add and lease-up initiatives, and disposition of multifamily properties ranging from Class A+ to C.  Prior to Carmel, Ms. Blank was a Regional Manager with Greystar focused on multifamily properties in Los Angeles; a Director of Asset Management with The Irvine Company; and served as Partner/Director of Asset Management and Vice President of Finance with Alliance Residential Company (Broadstone) in Phoenix, AZ.  Ms. Blank began her career in public accounting as a Senior Audit Accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Ms. Blank received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Cincinnati.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds her real estate salesperson license in California.  Ms. Blank is a volunteer and supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; currently serves on the Board of Directors for Claire's Place Foundation, a non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis; an active Mentor for WriteGirl.org, a non-profit organization providing creative writing and mentoring that spotlights the power of a girl and her pen and holds recognition as the 2022 GlobeSt.com Woman of Influence award.
